Whether you can change your flight depends on the type of ticket and the airline’s conditions. In your ticket email and via MijnTix, you can see if your booking is changeable. 


Conditions for a change:

  • The new flight must be operated by the same airline as the original booking.
  • In MijnTix, we show all available alternatives. If your desired flight is not listed, unfortunately a change to that flight is not possible.
  • If you depart within 24 hours, we can no longer assist. In that case, please contact the airline directly.

The minimum change fees are shown in MijnTix. There are two situations:

  1. Your ticket is changeable
    ➝ You can request a change. Note: besides our administration fees, the airline often charges additional fees.
  2. Your ticket is not changeable
    ➝ Unfortunately, we cannot help in this case. The airline does not offer a refund. We recommend booking a new ticket.
